How fun is this?

Boucheron has used its iconic chameleon ring as the jumping off point for two new creatures. The Camerisson is a pink gold “hedgeleon” with the prickly diamond-pointed back of a hedgehog. The Chauveleon is a blackened gold, winged beast called a Batleon that suggests the dark and magical powers of the bat.

Better yet, at Boucheron.com, all three rings can be paved and personalized as you wish.

Want your bat ring to have fiery red eyes? Just click on the ruby to the left of the image and drag it to the eyeball. Or are you more of a whimsical spirit who might like a chameleon in a rainbow of rubies, sapphires and emeralds? Click on each gem and drag it to the area of the animal you want to colour. An icy, pure look can be sampled by giving a diamond Hedgeleon a cool blue sapphire eye. My personal favourite is the gleaming gold Camerisson with emerald head, tail and limbs that look ready to pounce.

The rings can be viewed from both sides as well as an aerial view as you play. And you can click to the jewelry area of the site to compare your version to the animal rings in Boucheron’s regular collection. The customized rings start at $24,000 U.S.
